It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
