Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

It is in walking distance to all the beauties of this heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We love the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) A perfect stopover from the Great Ocean Road.

The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.
