Completely renovated with much care to preserve the features that give the space great character and authenticity. Your suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a generous living space, dining area, private laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of room for you to come together after an adventurous day in the Kootenays!

Wake up to complimentary coffee, bread, eggs, or oatmeal, then enjoy the morning sunrise and mountain views of Mt Sentinel and the Bonington Range in the warmth of the sunroom. Located in the center of the Kootenays, between Red Mountain, Whitewater and endless backcountry winter adventures. Comfort, charm, and beautiful scenery all in one stay.

Delightful one bedroom log cabin

Get away from it all when you stay in a very special, cozy log cabin in a beautiful nature setting right beside the rail trail and lots of beautiful rivers and lakes near by. This unique cabin has a sink with running water, a fridge, micro wave and a coffee bar with a coffee machine where you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on a barstool. A very comfortable couch is pulled out into a double bed. There is a picnic table on the porch. This cabin comes with its own outhouse for your safety.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The locally sourced charred cedar cabin is truly one of a kind in this area. This one bedroom cabin functions as a home with kitchen. The view is truly incredible. Tucked up on the mountain side: a scenic 10 minute drive from Nelson, 20 mins to White Water ski resort rd. Enjoy golf, fishing all the beauty, adventure and amenities the Kootenay’s have to offer.

We share this beautiful seven acre property with elk, deer, rabbits, a friendly neighbourhood fox, two ravens, and countless wild turkeys who enjoy eating Gabriela’s rye and buckwheat flowers.

Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.

Perfect for a single person or couple as a base for your next Kootenay adventure. Features one bedroom with Queen size bed, kitchen with 2 burner induction stovetop, toaster oven and bar fridge. *Bathroom located a short distance from Casita (outdoor entrance attached to our home).

You will also find a custom made wood fired hot tub steps away from the door. Downtown Nelson is a 5 minute drive and 20 minutes to Whitewater Ski Resort.

Enjoy the extensive trail system at our doorstep or take a 10 minute walk to downtown Rossland. Red Mountain is a 10 minute drive. NO CLEANING FEE PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE We welcome pets most times.
