It is in the nature surrounded by the ocean, white coral beaches, islets and reefs, you can see this trough the apartment windows. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Nydelig sjøhus med utsikt mot Tjeldsundet. Rolige omgivelser med både tureterreng og fiskemuligheter rett utenfor huset. Midnattssol om sommeren, og stor sjanse for å se nordlyset om vinteren. Flott beliggenhet mellom Lofoten/ Vesterålen, Harstad og Harstad/ Narvik/Evenes lufthavn. Sjøhuset har 2.etg, med kjøkken, stue, 2 soverom, bad, gang og entre. Eget vaskerom med tilgang til vaskemaskin. Flott terrasse rett over vannkanten, og fra stuen i 2. etg. er det en egen balkong .

Rolig og idyllisk småbruk med geiter og høns. Fint turterreng nært gården, og enkelt utgangspunkt for å utforske Senja. Mulig å leie naust med grillplass. I umiddelbar nærhet til huset finner du både restaurant, matbutikk, mange godt merkede turløyper i umiddelbar nærhet og et levende fiskevær. Store muligheter til kano/kajak, sykling, fjellturer, fisking og lignende. På vinteren kan du nyte nordlyset rett utenfor stuevinduet. Det er eget internett, tv. Koselig med vedovn inne og bålpanne ute. Ved tilgjengelig i huset. Egen parkering på plassen.
