Apple Tree Cabin (Friendship Land)

The cabin is located in a remote quiet place, perfect for nature lovers. It was built in a tree and has a view over the Southern part of the Făgăraș Mountains. We have no electricity but but we have a solar photovoltaic system. We have no running water, no bathroom, but we have a composting toilet and a shared shower so you can feel closer to nature. You can make a barbeque, a camp fire, relax in the hammock take long walks and enjoy the silence. Our pets will be more than happy to play with you

NEW - Jacuzzi tub - 200 LEI/2 day stay The cabin is located in the beautiful village of Dealu Negru (Black Hill), 1 hour drive from the busy and growing city of Cluj-Napoca. Growing up on the property, the cabin represents a lifelong dream, built by the hands of my hard working father, whose talent you will notice in details all around the place (pay attention to the ceiling in particular, where you can notice mirrored wood panes, layed out carefully to represent the lenght of the tree).

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

Our Piece of Dream was designed to offer not just accommodation, but a truly unique experience. Staying here feels like living in a cozy wood cabin, with the breathtaking view of a mountain retreat and the intimacy of the forest, blending rustic charm with modern convenience. Guests are welcome to play with our Bernese Mountain Dogs, and families with children will also find a safe and fun playground space to enjoy.
