This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. There are 2 small loft room, ( aprox. 9 sqm/each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden, 10- 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. The room has a private bathroom and equipped with led tv, kettle, minibar, microwave etc. Free Wi-Fi also included. Minor differences in details. Maximum capacity: 1 person/room. Please pay attention that this a loft and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studio. One of the room will be yours, not all of them, of course.

It is located near the Student’s Culture House and close to Union Square, the most center part of the city. The building dates back from 1717 and represents a local historical monument, therefore it’s architecture is completely unique, combining different styles. The Bike House 141 features three apartments and a shared courtyard. We're pet-friendly and offer free bikes for exploring the city at your own pace!
