Welcome to Little Hazeldene, a renovated studio next to our home only 7 miles from Newquay. Set in St Columb Road with easy access to the A30 and A39, it is the perfect base to explore the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan or the beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay. An Indian restaurant, Chinese takeaway, fish & chip shop & a small supermarket are all nearby. Buses to various places and a train station to Newquay are within walking distance. Outside, private off road parking.

We have tried to make ''Sids gaff'' somewhere that has everything you would need, with a few handmade touches from ourselves. Just five minutes from the A30 on the Atlantic Reach park 6 miles from Newquay and it's many sandy beaches and ideally located for visiting Truro, The Eden Project, Padstow , Port Isaac & many other stunning places. Bookings are on an accommodation only basis and access to the pool & gym aren't available. Access is available to The Manor Arms ( great food) & cafe bar.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project. Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
