Herzlich willkommen in der kleinen Oase mitten in Sargans. Das renovierte Studio befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen Quartier im Zentrum von Sargans. Die schmucke Unterkunft bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Eine bequeme Sitzecke, Ess- u. Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

Just ten minutes down the mountain lies Vaduz, the capital city and administrative center of Liechtenstein. We'll provide lots of local recommendations, enjoy your stay!

Zentrale Loft-Wohnung mit "Million-Dollar-View"

The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

Die Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in ruhiger Gegend, mit Parkplatz (+Garage für Fahrräder), kleiner Terrasse und separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (140x200), einem Einzelbett auf erhöhtem Podest (nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder), eigenem Badezimmer und kleiner Küche (siehe Bilder). Das Haus befindet sich 5-7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, BZBS, OST und Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Im kürzlich renovierten Einfamilienhaus mit altem Charme aber moderner Einrichtung, kann man sich zu jeder Jahreszeit wohlfühlen. Der Pool bietet die Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen in wärmeren Monaten, im Winter hat man nur 30min Weg zu zwei verschiedenen Skigebieten und das Cheminée sorgt für wohlige Wärme in Essbereich und Stube. In Frühling und Herbst kann man wunderbar in die naheliegenden Berge wandern gehen.

The cozy apartment in "chalet style" is simply but comfortably furnished. The accommodation includes a double room with king size bed and a smaller room with two single beds suitable for two kids or adults. Bathroom with shower/ WC and a lounge with dining area and big sofa which can be turned into a double bed. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie ist neuhaft, top ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem grossen Balkon. Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.

Von dieser schönen modernen zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts in Vaduz und Malbun und an allen wichtigen Orten. Im Dorfzentrum ( 5 Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt drei Restaurants und eine Post. Der öffentliche Bus ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
