Villa Nia Family House

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

You can find free parking on the street, or on several public parking spaces around. Chill-out with a book and enjoy the hand-made decorations which make this place unique.

Spa Villa Skaloma

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

The stone house is at the edge of a deserted village of the 18th century, Paleohori (Old Village), built at 1930 and restored at 2005, in a land of 3.000 square meters. Located on a hill of mount Arakinthos in Aetolia, at a height of 250m., with a unique magic view to the biggest natural lake of Greece, Trihonida. Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
