Accessed by stairs only (no elevator!), on second floor. Located on McFadden Plaza, walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Our guests tell us this is the best location in Carson City, in the heart of downtown! We have many happy permanent residents so if you need an extended stay, just ask us!

Beach Bungalow This is an ocean themed space that is very cheerful and fun! It has a bedroom (queen bed). There is a separate sitting area with a futon sofa, side chair and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a picture window that is 6'6"x5' so you can view the beautiful oak trees and deck area.There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The Beach Bungalow has quick access to the pool, hot tub by reservation only, and sandy beach. It is on the ground floor of a tri-Level building.

Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Our Idaho-Maryland studio is our coziest room. It has everything a single guest needs including a super comfy full size bed with silky soft bamboo sheets. Our towels are Organic cotton and our toiletries are free of parabens and sulfites. This room is equipped with an apartment size fridge, microwave (with popcorn!) and a coffee machine- pods included- It is a small room! If you're looking for something more spacious then please check out our king studios!

The West River House is a simple and affordable historic hotel in downtown Truckee - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the river.
