Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise. There is an bunkhouse with a queen bed, no bath which is a separate building next to the carport. Massage chair in bunkhouse. 50 $ pet fee.

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided.
