It's a very nice big charter party house.

A guesthouse with the coolest bar counter store. All spaces are reserved. A 2-minute walk from the station, next to FamilyMart. Have a drink at the cafe with a sofa and a double bed. You can enjoy movies, Netflix, youtube and music by connecting it to a PC with a projector and an HDMI cable. A large TV and beaded cushions for a stylish dining room with a kitchen and a relaxing living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There is also a gas fan heater, so it is warm in winter.

Hi,很荣幸您能够浏览到我的民宿。房源位于大阪市中央区居民区，在一个小巷子里的独栋2层三室一户建，周围安静休闲，治安管理良好，交通便利，房子距离距离地铁“谷町六丁目”和“谷町九丁目”站650米。距离近铁奈良线：大阪上本町650米,地铁一站直达道顿堀，两站直达心斋桥。四条线路十分方便。 此房源是我同设计师朋友历时两年旧房改造完成。中间历经了很多曲折，风格选择日式与现代相结合，即满足当代齐全的设施。又能让大家体验到日本本土的居住风格。由于日本的土地稀缺性和紧凑性。大部分一户建都会存在一些采光被邻居遮挡的问题。一楼的采光相对较弱,二楼卧室的采光比较好。由于日本的幛子窗不遮光,我给大家配备了遮光窗帘。由于第一次改造房源,很多工作都是自己亲手完成的,包括采购、安装等。没有实践经验(您可能会看到二楼的背景墙贴的有气泡、入户地毯裁剪不整齐等)但是我还是尽自己最大的努力呈现出一个好的效果。如果您入住我的房源，对于这些缺陷首先非常感谢您的包容，我会尽最大的努力去接待每一位客人，并尽量满足您的需求。欢迎您携全家人入住这处美妙房源，享受充裕空间和精彩活动，希望能为您大阪之旅带来难忘的回忆。

This house’s name is 鶴雲亭（Kakun Tei）. This area is near korean town and very popular place for shopping. It’s about 10 mins walk from Tsuruhashi station (JR line, Kintetsu line and subway). It’s very convenient place. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the station. There is a super market near the house. All equipments for cooking are available. You can enjoy cooking. The house is all renovated and new and clean with Japanese style. You can feel cozy and relax.
