Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
