Nestled against remnant native bush, this location is nevertheless an easy 15 minute walk from the university and central Dunedin. 20 minutes to the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Plenty of free on-street parking and the bus route passes the front door. This area is well serviced by food outlets and there is a nearby supermarket and laundromat. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
