Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Kohteen sijainti on ihanteellinen luontoharrastusten kannalta: hiihtoladulle pääset suoraan pihasta ja lähin lasketteluhissi löytyy takapihalta (70m). Tämän mökin pihaan voit laskea suoraan Suomen pisimmästä laskettelurinteestä! Takapihalta lähtee myös lumikenkäreitti Ylläksen tunturiin. Tässä kohteessa pärjäät myös ilman autoa. Arktisen alueen uusi moderni huvila revontuli-alueella tarjoaa upeat puitteet lomailuun. Sijainti alle 1km Levin keskustan palveluihin ja lähimpään rinteeseen. Hiihtoladut lähtevät n. 500m päästä sekä kelkkaura menee talon takapihalta. Huvilassa on 3mh, joissa kaikissa kaksi sänkyä, yksi makuuhuone on parvella "masterbedroom" mistä näkymät ulos, alakerrassa suuri jumppatila/leffahuone, jossa levitettävä sohva. Myös sauna ja takka löytyy. Huvilassa on nykyaikaiset kodinkoneet ja tekniikka.
