Cosy & Romantic Apartment with a Stunning View

Charming and spacious apartment positioned right next to the sea with a huge private front yard. The place is situated close to the romantic old part of the town full of restaurants and cafes, and only a few steps away from the closest beach. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay in our beautiful town. You’ll love my place because of its cosiness and the stunning view, which is especially nice in the sunset and in the early morning.

The apartment is located in an ideal location. It is 400 meters from the sea. To Zadar is 20 minutes away by car. It is situated near Vrana Lake Nature Park. In the apartment, you can find bedroom with comforly double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower cabin. Kitchen/living room in one piece with extendable couch for one person, fridge, stove, all utensils for cooking, table, kettle and air condition. Capacity is ideal for 3 persons. There is also private parking.

This modern and luxury villa is located in a quiet part of Privlaka where you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. In a quite location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and all the necessary amenities that will make your holiday perfect (shop, restaurant, cafes and beach bars) ...Privlaka is beautiful peninsula surrounded by long sandy beaches and is located 4km from the old town of Nin and 20km from the city of Zadar.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

Dostupna su dva parkirna mjesta, te grill koji se nalazi u dvorištu. Kuća je na mirnom mjestu sa ograđenim dvorištem, te je idealno za obitelji sa manjom djecom.

Our sweet apartment will provide you the desired vacation. Relax and enjoy in our beautiful village, also Turanj is great location if you want to visit Zadar (20km), Sibenik(50km), Biograd(5km) or national parks like Kornati(ships are going from Biograd and Zadar on daily basis) and Krka(60km).
