The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

This home has everything you need to make it feel like yours! We have a 75inch tv, a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen size, 2 twin size, and a couch that can turn into a bed. We have an open backyard for any of your activities including a bbq grill for the summer! The location of this house is one of the best places to stay if you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive far for groceries. It’s near a Fred Myers, Target, Costco, Walgreens, and other grocery stores/restaurant.

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

After a short 30-minute drive from the airport, guests can soak in the Alaskan quiet of Indian Valley, venture further inland into Chugach State Park, or proceed toward nearby Girdwood via 20-minute drive or peaceful walk/bike along the paved Bird to Gird Pathway. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and a creek happily running right through the backyard. The apartment entrance is off your private patio with creekside hot tub. The decor is modern with a nod to rustic Alaska! It’s stocked with everything you need and we’re close to lots of restaurants and shopping, but we hope you feel “away from it all” at our Peaceful Creek!

This spacious one bedroom flat is designed with you in mind. I am an avid Airbnb traveler, I priortized the small details that make your stay stand out above the rest.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.
