Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

This is a detached mini house on 24 sqm with a loft in a quiet dead-end street close to nature, with free parking right outside. It is close to the bus, approx 3 min, which takes you to central Gothenburg in about 15 minutes. You need to change bus/trams at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen to get to different parts of Gothenburg.
