This is a 20th floor centre front apartment in the Points North apartment complex. The apartment has the one of the best full wrap-around Ocean and Hinterland views in SE Qld with a huge deck (watch the sunrise and sunset each day from your deck). Once you have parked the car downstairs, everything (restaurants, Woolies, cafes, shops) are just an elevator ride away. For surfers, 3 of the best point breaks in Oz are just across the road. A cosy little studio/apartment only 2-minutes walk from the beach and the local Bay Roots cafe. One bedroom and a seperate living area with a kitchenette, including a laundry and a drier. Perfect for a peaceful beach break in the beautiful Byron Shire. This private apartment is located on the ground floor of my house with my living space separate on the first floor. Set amongst tropical gardens just 100m from the beautiful South Golden Beach.
