A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

De rietgedekte boerderij, heeft een gezellige keuken. De woonkamer met monumentale tegels heeft vrij uitzicht over het landgoed. De houtkachel zorgt voor een heerlijke warmte. De eigenaren hebben een grote affiniteit met beeldende kunst en dat is overal terug te vinden. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met douche en wastafel. De tweede slaapkamer met eveneens een twee persoonsbed van 1.60 meter breed, kan gebruik maken van de tweede badkamer met toilet, wastafel en douche in bad.

Onze vrijstaande Villa 'de Dassenburcht' is een charmante jaren 30-woning met eigen slagboom en oprit, verscholen in een hectare eigen bos. Het is hier rustig en fijn verblijven in een prachtige omgeving. De villa is voorzien van alle gemakken; van vaatwasser, bad, quooker, wasmachine tot vriezer en meer. De kinderen kunnen zichzelf vermaken, binnen of buiten. Buiten is er is een schommel, trampoline en pingpongtafel. En op zolder een speelkamer en er is een playstation 2 & 4 aanwezig

Die Hase ist 100m entfernt. Platz satt. 3-4 Familien mit Kindern könnten von dort Radtouren rund um Haselünne unternehmen. Das Haus liegt keine 100 m vom Emslandradweg entfernt.
