Students, academics, visual artists or musicians may find this space appealing. It boasts a dining/kitchenette area; a work/play/sleep area and occupies the entire 3rd floor of my home. Other than a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, it is essentially private and separate from the rest of the house. It is fully furnished and perfectly equipped for an extended stay.
