Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

Great space at a convenient location - Great for exploring vineyards, olive mill or hot springs. Enjoy boating, golfing, hiking and fishing. Only 10 minutes from the wineries. 30 minutes from Harbin Hot Spring. 20 minutes from Clear Lake State Park. This is an in-law unit and separated from the house by a garage. Mini fridge, microwave, water kettle and toaster are available in the unit. Parking on the driveway. Please note that the driveway is on a steep hill.

Riviera Retreat

Riviera Retreat has been remodeled and upgraded. It is very clean and comfortable. We live in the same neighborhood so I can verify it is very safe and friendly. We do have fast WiFi and access to apps such as Netflix all you do is sign into to your account. There is plenty of parking including boat parking. We are a small rural community. Riviera Retreat does have a lot of stairs to get up to it so anyone with walking disabilities will have a hard time.
