Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Catskills with easy access to all that mid Hudson valley has to offer. 5 minutes to Uptown Kingston and the O&W and Wallkill rail trails; 15-25 minutes to Rhinebeck, Ashokan Reservoir, Woodstock, Saugerties and New Paltz; 30-45 minutes to Lake Minnewaska, Mohonk Mtn House, Belleayre, Hunter and Wyndham. Also close to a number of wedding venues (Hasbrouck House, Senate Garage, Hutton Brickyards…). Guest apt is attached to our home but you have a private entrance.

Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. Evenings, nights, and weekends are completely peaceful and unaffected. Host built Catskills cabin with vaulted ceilings, queen bed, and well-equipped kitchen. Private 2-person hot tub, propane fire table, Weber BBQ, and fast Wi-Fi. A bonus loft with futon and TV makes it a comfortable retreat for two or a cozy setup for three.

We welcome you to enjoy the house with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool open during summer months thru Labor Day and a hot tub open year round. Centrally located between uptown Kingston and Rhinebeck you will have access to the all of the great amenities the area has to offer.

The home offers an outdoorsy feel for relaxing just outside downtown Kingston (car is needed, 5 minutes). Perfect for summer or winter and working from "Home". The home includes a sauna, hot tub, fenced backyard for your pet, 3 decks (the second-story deck is covered so if there's a thunderstorm you can still relax and enjoy the outdoors), grill, and a gas fire pit.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
