Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.***

Our one-bedroom space (& sleeper sofa) offers a sleek, modern stay in a conveniently centered location. Your travels may even align with something we have happening at the Studio next door.

Our one bedroom tiny/home cabin is located amongst 2 other cabins on our small farm where you will be able to peacefully watch the farm animals, relax at the pond, or just keep to yourself. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an extra person.

The Theodore Friendly House was built in 1880 in the Queen Anne style with Eastlake details throughout. Located in the Near Westside National Historic District, which is a prime location near Downtown Elmira's shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, arena, churches, and bars. Handy drive to Mark Twain Gravesite, Newtown Battlefield, National Soaring Museum, Corning Museum of Glass, Finger Lakes wineries, and Watkins Glen International. All are welcome!

East on West is a peaceful, guest suite on a quiet street in the heart of Mansfield, PA. Our town is at the cross-section of Routes 15 and 6 with easy drives to beautiful Wellsboro (18 min.), Corning, NY (32 min.), Watkins Glen (55 min.), and Williamsport (45 min.). We are a few blocks from Mansfield University, coffee shops, and antique shops.
