While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.
