Located 15 minutes from Union; 30 minutes from Newberry; 2BR/3BA, 2 Master Bathrooms (1 King Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Bed). Direct TV and WIFI. Keycode lock entry. Built in 1917, on 2 acres. Fully stock kitchen, 2 refrigerators, mudroom, workstation, patio deck, washer and dryer, fire pit, tree swing, gas and charcoal grills w/utensils, games. NO CATS. Some dogs are allowed per request. Sorry-No Hunters Camp.

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.
