The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

Detached chalet in the quiet Holiday Park of Glan Gwna, less than 2 miles from Caernarfon . One of the larger chalets in the park, featuring 2 bathrooms, central heating and partial accessibility for guests with limited mobility. Large decking area overlooking the river. In a secluded wooded valley with private fishing lakes and river, the Park has a shop, open air pool, bar and cafe. Fishing licences available. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, as well as families.

The CowByre, Fowl Green Farm. Fully accessible

The CowByre Level access throughout. Sleeps up to 5 guests, 1 double room (Kingsized bed), 1 triple - a bunk and a single bed. The cottage has a walk in wet room. The kitchen offers a slimline dishwasher, hob, oven, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, toaster and microwave. The accommodation has underfloor heating throughout. Outside the cottage has a patio seating area, accessible ramp, fire pit. We have an onsite laundry which guests can use.
