This tiny home was lovingly designed by an artist during quarantine, and now you can step into her world! Enjoy the photo books, take a soak in the extra-deep tub, or gaze out the window up in the loft. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Tiny Oreo House in Hip Central East Austin

The Oreo House is a modern, fresh and comfortable tiny house in ultra hip and central East Austin. It is walking distance from MLK Station, great restaurants/cafes, 1.5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the University of Texas. 12 minute drive from the airport. Oreo has a private entrance, outdoor space, and porch and is a quiet retreat inside Central Austin with free convenient parking right out front. Enter through your own private gate and enjoy the greenery while you visit this fun city.

Walkable Cherrywood Loft, close to UT and Downtown

Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place). The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. This is a trendy, comfortable and convenient guesthouse for spending a fun-filled getaway in East Austin. Our casita is walkable to many of Austin’s hottest spots, including the Moody Center: Austin’s largest music venue. Built in 2020, our guesthouse features a lofted queen-sized bed, a couch with a pull-out twin mattress, an elegant walk-in shower, smart TV, and small appliances including fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Bright and open space. Updated kitchen and lighting. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Approximately 640 Sq. ft. Guests have said many times that the space is much better than the pictures indicate so I took new pictures. They have said the place was beautiful. Everyone has been happy staying here.
