Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich 50 km südlich von München in Gaißach. Mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung (30 Min. von der A8, 5 Min. zum Bahnhof) eignet sie sich hervorragend für Ausflüge zum Wandern, Skifahren oder Baden . In der Unterkunft im zweiten Stock unseres Neubaus erwartet Sie ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne, sowie zwei (und bei Bedarf ein weiteres) Schlafzimmer. Unser Haus liegt zentral zwischen Bischofswiesen und Berchtesgaden in der schönen Stanggaß. Sonnige Lage mit bestem Watzmannblick, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren, und viele andere Aktivitäten. Mit einem eigenen Balkon hast du die Möglichkeit, das herrliche Bergpanorama zu genießen und der Massagesessel im Wohnzimmer läd zum Entspannen ein! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
