House in a rural setting- you may spot white tail deer or other wildlife.Enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting.We are within 5 minutes by car to Rte 70 and shopping centers. Our space isn't childproof. Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. Non smoking. We aren't set up for heavy cooking. No stove.

Our 1919 charming home, surrounded by 50 acres of preserved land, is in an historic district and a stone's throw from the NCR hike/bike trail. We have tubes to float down the Gunpowder River which winds around our property and is accessible by foot. The bike path is lovely! Inverness Brewery is located 5 minutes away, Starbright farm is a glorious lavender farm 15 minutes north, Boordy Vineyards, a family run winery, is 20 minutes east, and Ladew Toipiary Gardens is another gem to behold!

The Miller's House is a quaint and beautiful, newly restored two-bedroom house that sits on a small river and is also a national historic landmark. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.

If you are looking for a quiet space with not super internet this is the place. Plenty of books to read, miniature donkeys to watch playing with their border collie pal and on a clear night - see some awesome stars!
