Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

I närheten finns restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker. Stadsskogen inbjuder till promenader i naturen.

Also note, no pets allowed as we have three cats (who travel with us).

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Trevlig och rymligt lägenhet i källarplan belägen i attraktiva Luthagen/Uppsala. Ca 5min promenad från Uppsala Domkyrka och Uppsala City. Lägenheten är möblerad och fullt utrustad. All nödvändig service finns i direkt närhet till bostaden. Här bor ni i hjärtat av Uppsala och vår målsättning är att gäster ska känna sig som hemma i ett boende där inget saknas. Det finns gott om parkeringar i området för bilburna gäster, avgift erläggs via app i telefonen.

Villa Resarö Apartment private house by the sea

Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.

Malmac

Gavlellägenheten ligger väldigt centralt i Sigtuna Stad. Ni har gångavstånd till hela Sigtunas Stadskärna och hela stadens kultur och restauranger. Mariakyrkan ser man från sitt fönster. Ni har ca 100 m till buss både mot Stockholm och Uppsala. Även gångavstånd till bl a Gym och Padelhall. Utanför sin entré har man tillgång till altan och parkering.

Nybyggt boende nära hav och natur

Newly built apartment close to the sea and forest. Comfortable living (approx 35 sqm) with Queensize bed, wi-fi, tv with Netflix and free parking. 30 minutes drive to Stockholm. There is a bus stop within walking distance (10 minutes). The area is best explored with car.
