Het authentieke interieur is vakwerk en met leemstuk afgewerkt. Winkels op loopafstand. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meter Houtkachel. Binnenhofje met zithoek. In overleg gebruik familietuin. Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer Einzelbett 185 x 85 (Klappbett 90x200 auf Anfrage) einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Stichstrasse gegenüber des Karmanauditoriums der Universität RWTH Aachen, sehr zentrale Stadtlage, 5 Gehminuten zum Marktplatz, Rathaus und Aachener Dom mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und kulturellen Angeboten.

It fits people who like it simple but tastefull. No TV or microwave but an oven and a fireplace.
