In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

Dit gezellige 6-persoons vakantiehuis (75 m2) bevindt zich in een monumentale hoeve met nog 12 andere vakantiehuisjes, een restaurant, een sfeervol "cour-terras" en een speel- en picnic-weide. Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied "Land van Kalk" is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.

Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) The B&B with a story near the Brunssumerheide.

Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

Onze prachtige gerestaureerde woning heeft twee slaapkamers met elk een privé badkamer. Hier kunnen vier personen verblijven in alle luxe. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet in naburig gelegen hotel is mogelijk bij te boeken aan 20€ pp en dient ter plaatse afgerekend te worden. Er is ook een zonneterras, volledig ingerichte keuken, wifi, sauna en massagebad. Gelegen in het centrum van Peer. Winkels, restaurants liggen om de hoek.
