De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

Gastenverblijf "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het gastenverblijf is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

In de ochtend een ontspannende wandeling en in de middag een citytrip naar Maastricht, Aken of Luik dat is allemaal binnen handbereik. Aankomst vanaf 15:00 uur Vertrek voor 11:00 uur of in overleg. Roken en huisdieren niet toegestaan. Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. We werken met een sleutelkastje.
