The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.

At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
