The backyard is large and completely fenced in! It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

The house has 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twins, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with dining area and washer and dryer. Only 25 minutes from First Monday Trade Days.

We just completed our new pickleball court and renovations on the pond and built a brand new dock. The pond is stocked with black bass, crappie and hybrid stripers. You can catch all you want... BUT we are Catch and release ONLY. Message us and we'll let you know what to bring to catch em!!
