This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Stuga vid havet, nära både Stockholm och Vaxholm.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
