Laura_Sea view Apartment_1 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations . It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες. Το κατάλυμα απέχει 40μ. από την παραλία και προσφέρει θέα στον κήπο, τη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Παρέχεται επίσης δωρεάν Wi-Fi, παρκινγκ και ξαπλώστρες για την παραλια. Προσφέρονται πολλές δραστηριότητες στη γύρω περιοχή και προτρέπουμε να δοκιμάσετε και την ιστιοσανίδα.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.

It's beutifull and cozy appartment in quite area with amazing view and easy access to the beach. It has garden enough big with many flowers and some trees. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber. The access to the beach is 100 metres by foot (1 minutes) or 200 metres by car. Thanks a lot nektarios!

Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος και διαθέτει κουζίνα με την απαραίτητη οικοσυσκευή, μπάνιο, wifi, κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα.

Kounenè Studios are located in a seafront Villa along the old dirt coastal road, 3 km from Dessimi bay to Poros. Our 2 Studios are fully equiped, with kitchen, TV and free parking space. Kamari beach is just 200 mt far from the Villa. All the Studios share a very large terrace with wonderful view. Perfect place to spend your quiet and relax holiday!
