Unikt arkitekt ritat hus i Stockholms Skärgård, beläget 35 minuter från Stockholm City. Man tar sig till huset med bil, buss eller båt. Möjlighet till båtplats kan ordnas. Boendet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter och är något för livsnjutaren. Huset är byggt 2015 men har endast använts i tre år och upplevs därför som helt nytt. 150 meter till närmsta badplats. Ytterligare 3 badplatser finns på ön. Ön har en ångbåtsbrygga där man kan åka med Vaxholms båtarna in till Stockholm. Varmt välkomna!

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

House fit big family and is tastefully decorated and cozy. Wifi, smartTV, dvd and Apple TV. Washing machine and dryer. Front patio lounge with barbeque and all day sun. South facing garden with dining area and trampolin for the kids. Parking space on the plot. Wonderful surroundings with beaches, parks and close access to Stockholm.

Nyrenoverat och välplanerat boende med närhet till både bad och stad i lugnt och tryggt område. Här kan du koppla av med flera bekvämligheter och kvällssol på trädäcket. Med naturen runt hörnet men nära till kommunikationen både vidare ut i skärgården men också in till city är valfriheten stor för din semester. På fem minuter är du i havet och med ytterligare 20 minuter badar du i en sjö. Utöver två vuxna kan också två barn få plats om de delar madrass. Välkommen!

Huset lämpar sig perfekt för en familj eller för två par. 10 min promenad från huset finns en fin badstrand, och runt om på ön finns flera möjligheter till bad och fiske, från bryggor och klippor. Det finns en trevlig restaurang vid vattnet, och en liten obemannad kiosk som har öppet dygnet runt.

Välkommen till mitt paradis omgivet av hav, skog och grönska endast 9 km från Stockholm city. Huset ligger 70 meters promenad från parkeringsplatsen. Här kan man njuta i fulla drag, bada från bryggan, låna kajaken för en tur eller bara slappna av i utomhusmöblerna eller framför kaminen. Sovrummet består av 160 cm dubbelsäng. I allrummet finns en bäddsoffa 120 cm bred. Huset är totalrenoverat med modernt, fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med tvättmaskin.

Neverending archipelago, animal wildlife, amazing sunsets, walking paths and military historia. 10 min walk to Fredriksborg, 15 minutes walk to ferry to Rindö & Waxholm. 10 minutes drive to Siggesta Gård, 45 minutes to Stockholm City. House built 1890 and beautyfully renovated to all season standard. Woodfired Sauna 5 meters from sea. Rowingboat is included.
