U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

A house with two apartments it's perfect for families and couples. Located in a historic, green and quiet area, only 5-6 min. by foot to the town center. From the terraces one can always admire at various types of aromatic plants and flowers of our garden. With beautiful view on the hill and church of Saint John, the tower and the church of Our Lady of Angels built in year 1510. Apartment Victoria is situated on the first floor. Kuća za odmor Adelaida 2 nalazi se u Hrvatskoj na prelijepom otoku Lošinju u naselju Valdarke, odmah uz poznatu šetnicu vitalnosti koja povezuje Mali i Veli Lošinj ( 1,5 km ili 20 minuta hoda do Malog ili Velog Lošinja. PROSTOR Na katu kuće su dvije dvokrevetne sobe ( jedna soba je otvorenog tipa sa pogledom na more).i sunčana terasa, a u prizemlju je dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i natkrivenom terasom sa koje se pruža prekrasan pogled na more (plaža je udaljena 15 metara od kuće).

If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

This charming house is located in the center of Veli Lošinj. It consists of two double bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and terrace. On the ground floor there is a terrace, on the first floor there is a living room and a kitchen, and on the second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has access to the car and its private parking is approx. 100m from the house.

Apartment ROVENSKA with sea view is situated in the lovely, romantic Rovenska Bay, a historical small port of Veli Losinj ( Lussingrande). The apartment is perfect for a couple. On the first floor: bedroom, air conditioner; on ground floor: kitchen, bathroom. Wifi. Size of the apartment is approx. 26 square meters. There is not a private terrace. Not suitable for small children.
