In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
