This one-of-a-kind Zermatt vacation rental breaks away from traditional Swiss Alps architecture and uses glass, steel, polished concrete and ultra-modern furnishings to create a contemporary space like none other. It’s a unique destination for a break with family, a getaway with friends or even a honeymoon in the mountains. The loft is available on a self-catered basis, which includes firewood, or a fully catered basis, which includes breakfast and dinner on six days out of seven, as well as dedicated service by the villa’s staff. After a day out on the slopes, soothe muscles in the sauna and hot tub, give an impromptu concert on the grand piano, share photos via Wi-Fi or put a few logs in the fireplace and settle in by the television. A stay at the loft feels like peeking into a private home, thanks to the distinctive collections of books and artwork that fill the space. The villa is laid out around a main floor with living and dining areas that feature portable seating and even a table that can be raised or lowered as you wish. Climb the stairs or take the elevator to the mezzanine level to find the fully equipped kitchen and a bar area.
