Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Fire up the grill and dine alfresco on the covered poolside patio. Classic furnishings, elegant decor, and a color palette of deep blues and grays mingle within this serene home to create the ideal space to recharge and spend time with loved ones. Close to shopping easy access to hwy 10 and hwy 303 . Also close to all west valley spring training facilities. Will have access to entire house driveway will hold 3 to 4 vehicles. Garage and office will be locked Easy access via text, phone or email. If I am not in the city I have a co host available 24/7 The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to walking trails close by. Uber is the best transportation if needed. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly. No children are allowed to access the backyard either without being supervised by an adult. Our pool is not heated but does get lots of sunlite

Our creek side cabin was a Bunkhouse for worker housing when there was a sawmill on this site in 19th Century Prescott. The unique bunkhouse-style floor plan is about all that is left of those days -- you will stay where the mill workers lived. They shared a bathroom (now, that's all yours) that opens out to the yard, as do all the rooms. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. . Drive up early, check in at noon, and enjoy lunch on Whiskey Row!. Note. Bunkhouse ceiling height is 7 feet.
