Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. Our creek side cabin (700 sq feet) was a Bunkhouse for worker housing when there was a sawmill on this site in 19th Century Prescott. The unique bunkhouse-style floor plan is about all that is left of those days -- you will stay where the mill workers lived. They shared a bathroom that opens out to the yard, as do all the rooms. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. . Drive up early, check in at noon, and enjoy lunch on Whiskey Row!. Note. Bunkhouse ceiling height is 7 feet.

Sarah and Ryan live locally and are available to meet any needs that arise. We are located in a quiet and safe 1950s neighborhood, close to downtown, Historic Encanto park/golf course, direct access to both the I-10 and I-17 freeways, and only 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
