Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

There is no wifi but cellular reception is good depending on your provider. There is an outhouse with compost toilet near the bunkie. There is no shower or sink. Enjoy the country and let nature do that talking! Pets are very welcome! Enjoy the trails and walk your dog(s) off leash.

Inside are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well- equipped kitchen. The cottage is 10 minutes from both Bobcaygeon and the town of Fenlon Falls.
