The Odd Cottage is an old house with new tricks. Built in 1853, it stood during the time that Thomas Edison himself wandered the streets of historic Milan, Ohio. Skip the traffic! Located only 1 mile from cedar point and downtown Sandusky our 3 bedrooms, 1,600 square ft, open concept home is a convenient choice for your next vacation! Upgraded amentities and unique experiences make our place a one of a kind gem! Watch the evening firework show from the master bedroom or walk to a nearby brewery (4 blocks away). King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a very spacious couch. Plus plenty of space to blow up air mattress. House was fully renovated in 2015.

"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Mainstay

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Fall has arrived, and it is one of the prettiest times of the year at Erinwood Farms which is located in the Ohio countryside, just 30 miles from Cedar Point You will be staying in our new Barn, which features a queen bed and two pull-out beds, a kitchenette, and coffee machine. Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

“Blame Jaime” downtown, the heart of all the fun!

Located in the heart of downtown PC - this completely renovated historic building is centrally located - and just minutes from the jet express to the beautiful island of Put in Bay, beaches, restaurants, local shopping, bars, live entertainment and the new M.O.M area - also located within the outdoor beverage district! 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths - full kitchen, dining room and living room. Careful- you may not want to leave! We love downtown PC and look forward to welcoming you as well!

The Farmer's Cottage

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Downtown Boho Studio at The Montgomery

Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

The Cabin at Big Fish Bend

Enjoy quiet, rustic living just minutes from downtown Perrysburg. Located on the Maumee river. You will see all kinds of wildlife and feel relaxation in the cabin at our river home. The cabin is attached to the main home with separate entrance and separate space. There is an area for sitting outside to enjoy the views or make a fire. Kayaks are available with a 15 minute paddle to a sandbar To get to the cabin you park up top and have to walk down 48 steps.
