Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Tulliole apartment-free parking- family friendly😊

Tulliole is located in the center of Vico Equense, 50 meters from the Circumvesuviana station and the bus stop from the airport. The apartment, recently renovated, with an amazing view on the Gulf of Naples, is 500 m from the beaches, reachable either on foot or by bus. Parking space in private garage included, to be confirmed at the time of booking. Below the house: minimarket, restaurants, pubs, bars, rentals. Tourist tax €3 per person per night to be paid at check-in (1 April - 31 October).

Vista sul mare nella quiete Sorrento e Napoli

Guarracino house-wonderful view, si trova in un oasi di quiete, immersa nel verde, con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli. La posizione strategica, a metà tra Napoli e la costiera Amalfitana e Sorrentina, ti permetterà di visitare: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompei, Napoli, Ercolano, Capri, Ischia, Vesuvio. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario avere un auto, meglio piccola. In 10 min si arriva al centro, con i suoi tanti ristoranti e la sua movida. Le spiagge più vicine sono a circa 2 Km.

The apartment is located in a building on a rock overlooking the sea. It's very close to the beach (m30) and offers a breathtaking view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The proximity to the beaches makes it possible to access on foot to the sea so is suitable for families with children and couples. MamaDeGy Sorrento Coast

MamaDeGy is the result of a family project for the recovery of the house in which my mother grew up, a pleasant place to enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Vico Equense projected on the Gulf of Naples and with Vesuvius in the background, which deserves to be shared with those who love this land. It is strategically located a short distance from the train station, the sea and the main tourist destinations: Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Capri, Positano and Amalfi.

Bella casa indipendente e panoramicissima,con bellissima piscina privata circondata da solarium in legno intorno alla piscina,ampio patio e cortile privato e composta da : soggiorno con angolo cottura e con anche 2 lettini singoli. Ampia camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale con la possibilità di aggiungere altro lettino singolo o culla,facendo diventarecosi 5 i posti letto totali. Ad ogni cambio di ospiti sarà effettuata sanificazione ed igienizzazione della camera.

Villa Mareblu

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

The apartment is near the local bus stop, handy starting point for Sentiero degli Dei. Under the house there is a very well stocked grocery store and a few meters from the house there are three excellent restaurants.
