Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Ask about adding on one of our A-Frame Tiny Cabins for additional guest lodging.

Whether you're coming to enjoy the historic charm of Auburn, or using this as a base for exploring the Finger Lakes and all they have to offer, you won't be disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, private guest suite with separate entry perfect for couples, friends or solo adventurists. Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! Half mile to Geneva's vibrant downtown with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive). 1 mile to gorgeous Seneca Lake, walking trails and Finger Lakes Welcome Center.

Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
