In diesem großen Haus (400m²) in einem ruhigen Bezirk in Wien (15 Minuten ins Zentrum) können Sie sich herrlich entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele gemütliche Restaurants und Heurigen. Am Grundstück können bis zu 5 Autos parken (+Garage), im Garten können Sie die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist in den 80er Jahren erbaut und bietet den charmanten Retro-Flair dieser Zeit. Im Kellerstüberl befindet sich ein (nicht beheizter) Pool und eine Sauna samt Ausgang in den Garten.

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Villenviertel über Wien. Der Autobus ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß, die Straßenbahn bis in die Innenstadt 10 Minuten den Hügel hinunter. In Gehweite gibt es ein hervorragendes Restaurant und im Sommer einen Eissalon. Außerdem ein großes Freibad, das Schafbergbad. Es ist eine ideale Art eine Stadt zu besuchen - ein Haus völlig im Grünen und doch in der Stadt. Gute Laufstrecken in der Nähe, die direkt vor dem Haus beginnen.
