Villa Elza is on the very shore of Lake Ohrid, in the fishermen’s neighborhood of Kaneo. In its three bedrooms on the upper floor, the house has seven beds and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and the small terrace overlook the lake. The roomy, old-fashioned kitchen boasts all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large living room overlooking the lake is connected with the two terraces, the lower of the two being used as a private beach. The house has Internet and cable TV.

Βρίσκεται στην παλαιά πόλη της Καστοριάς, το Ντολτσό, και απέχει λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο.

The house is in Antartiko village, 7 km from the VIGLA ski resort and 20' minutes from the Prespes Lakes. In the middle of the road that connects Kastoria and Florina, at an altitude of 1100 meters, Antartiko is close to both cities.An exciting and relaxing view all around into the hills, mountains and forest opens up in front of you.The house is an independent space with garden and parking area, fully equipped,ideal for friends and family to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and warm atmosphere.

Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με φούρνο, εστίες αφής, ψυγείο, βραστήρα κ.α. για την προετοιμασία σνακ και γευμάτων. Απέχει μόλις 150μ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
