We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Welcome to the Coach House – an 1830s listed mews cottage on a historic square right by the beach and on the edge of Margate’s Old Town. This is a central, cocooning and calming retreat, whether you're sightseeing or beachcombing. Walk 10 seconds to see the sea, 5 minutes and you're on the sand, or 1 second to sit in the garden. We've furnished the home slowly, with mid-century treasures, contemporary pieces, and a few Georgian antiques as a nod to the building's beginnings.

The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.

The regular loop bus service can take you to Ramsgate Harbour, Margate (Turner Museum) and Westwood.

Bay Cottage - Autumn Escape - 4th Night FREE

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th-century retreat set in the heart of Broadstairs. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just a two-minute walk away, making it the perfect base for a relaxing seaside escape. We’re pleased to welcome dogs; however, we kindly ask that they are not permitted upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested at the time of booking.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.

House-2 Double Bedrooms-Grade II listed Cottage

Nestled in Middle Street, in the heart of Deal s historic conservation area, this Grade II listed cottage has many period features intact, including large inglenook fire place with wood burning stove. There is excellent access to the beach (150 meters)and also the High St ,Saturday market and restaurants etc The railway station is a few minutes walk away
